Why HN links it
HN readers link a post comparing npm, Yarn and pnpm package managers, cited for pnpm's disk space savings. The only comment is a neutral citation, not a judgment of the writing.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 1 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.

What Hacker News says?
here's an article about how much less disk space is used by pnpm. This concept will probably come with the same disk space savings http://www.andrewconnell.com/blog/npm-yarn-pnpm-which-packag... but this concept is fresh, pnpm already works;)
