Why HN links it
HN commenters link to two Anne Kadet Substack posts: one on going without a cell phone and one on an umbrella rental service. The comments are bare links or link-navigation notes and don't assess the writing.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 2 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.

HN discussionHere's a link directly to the story, so you don't need to scroll down (sadly, the suffix was auto-stripped by HN) - https://annekadet.substack.com/p/rentbrella?s=r#:~:text=Rent... That scroll-to-text-fragment URL suffix won't work on some browsers. For Safari you'll need to scroll down
