What Hacker News says?
http://asemic-horizon.com It's not for everyone and certainly for not of most of the HN crowd. It's about a web of concepts that is akin to philosophy but has slightly different goals and expectations of itself. It's very self-referential and has built over time a lot of shorthand jargon a.k.a. technical terminology. Takes a while to get into. But I believe it's a fresh way of looking at the ways of looking at conte…

HN discussionYes! This is the real question. I wrote about this (as a tangent, but anyway) recently. https://asemic-horizon.com/2025/07/28/julian/ TL;DR "akrasia", procrastination etc. are all forms of ambivalence that are not nearly as "psychological" and individual as usually presented. The nausea is in the world itself.

HN discussionI have Discord and Telegram groups for my blogs. I think most people that reach it bounce after seeing how loooong and hard to parse (at first glance) my posts are, but there's three or five people who AFAIK are reading me. Ima just go ahead and spam it: https://asemic-horizon.com -- I don't think it's for the median HN dude/tte, but this forum is a meeting of diverse minds...

HN discussionI’ve been writing and writing on abstract ideas regarding theories of values (i.e. axiologies) since 2018 or so. Some people find my essays/blogposts interesting and become followers of sorts. (Most find them incredibly wordy and roundaboutly.) This is perhaps HN-flavored although I consider it obsolete. https://asemic-horizon.com/2019/03/13/the-wave/ This is maybe a better example of my more contemporary approach.…

HN discussionI wrote for essentially no-one for many years. I just discovered ideas while trying to complete ideas I previously wrote about. It was a long long digression. I’m hoping to start anew, in the same spirit, once I have free time again. Please take a look! https://asemic-horizon.com
