What Hacker News says?
APM is effectively bandwidth, but just as important if not more important is latency -- which is called TTFA, Time-To-First-Action. See https://illiteracyhasdownsides.com/2016/12/23/time-to-first-... and the Skillcraft.ca study. If they're not limiting AlphaStar's TTFA, then it can respond instantly to problems all over the battlefield, which is superhuman in an uninteresting way.
