Too few sampled comments (2) to say how often HN recommends it.?

Why HN links it

Linked in an Ask HN thread on favourite poets, but the comments are bare links and say nothing about the writing itself. The linked post is presumably about poetry.

Summarised by Claude from a sample of 2 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.

  13. As a software engineer who occasionally writes poetry, I strongly agree with this. Going back and forth (between the "logical" and "creative" sides) feels healthy - kind of like switching between standing and sitting at a desk - once you've done one for a while, the other feels good. Here's one of my poems: What's my great fear? I'll tell you; come near. To lay down in death with so much left. Passion not spent - Oh…

  15. I, too, migrated from Wordpress to Pelican ( http://calebmadrigal.com ). I love not having all of my content inside of MySQL tables. I also love writing in Markdown in vim instead of the Wordpress editor.
