If you have the money, why not? Though surely the diggers could just be dismantled and taken out? Clive James recorded a wonderful and amusing Point of View (BBC Radio 4) on the subject of rich people and their basement palaces. http://www.clivejames.com/point-of-view/underground

  3. A recent translation by Clive James has been much praised. As someone who has not read Dante's classic yet, the James version might be the one I read. http://www.clivejames.com/poetry/divine

Clive James' website is and will (I believe) remain up. https://www.clivejames.com/ Definitely worth a visit. Try video/talking in the library for a load of fascinating interviews. His book 'Cultural Amnesia' is a marvellous cultural review to stimulate, annoy and delight most readers.
