Too few sampled comments (2) to say how often HN recommends it.?
Why HN links it
HN commenters link DAGWorks posts on building agents without LangChain, a conversational graph DB, RAG, and a lightweight app built with FastUI. No comment judges the writing itself.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 2 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.

What Hacker News says?
Here's a blog post that I just pushed that doesn't use them at all - https://blog.dagworks.io/p/building-a-conversational-graphdb (we have more on our blog - search for RAG). [disclaimer I created Hamilton & Burr - both whitebox frameworks] See https://www.reddit.com/r/LocalLLaMA/comments/1d4p1t6/comment... for comment about Burr.

HN discussionWe built an app with it -- https://blog.dagworks.io/p/building-a-lightweight-experiment . You can see the code here https://github.com/DAGWorks-Inc/hamilton/blob/main/hamilton/... . Usually we've been prototyping with streamlit, but found that at times to be clunky. FastUI still has rough edges, but we made it work for our lightweight app. Note: we generally found it snappier than streamlit.
