Personal blog · henrysmith.org/blogwritingprogramming
Henry Smith's personal blog at henrysmith.org covers writing and programming. Since 2012, 3 different Hacker News readers have linked it 4 times. No feed was found, so read it on the site itself.
Too few sampled comments (1) to say how often HN recommends it.?
Why HN links it
The only comment reports a broken blog index page, showing an 'navbar.html not found' include error, while the homepage loads. Nothing says what the posts cover or how they read.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 1 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.
What Hacker News says?
Henry I'm not sure if you are checking this thread, and I can't find a way to contact you on your site but... I wanted to see more of your posts, so trimmed the URL down to " http://henrysmith.org/blog/" and got an error message "Included file 'navbar.html' not found in _includes directory" at the top of your page. Clicking your name in the left directs me to henrysmith.org which doesn't have this problem.
