  7. True. In addition, builds can sometimes be slow on MSBuild. Of course, if you're interested in cross platform development Visual Studio 2015 provides some great new features. Additionally, coupled with IncrediBuild ( https://www.incredibuild.com/cross-platform.html ) you can get some blazing fast builds

  9. Honestly the format looks a bit over-engineered IMHO. The task is quite simple: make build system that executes jobs on clusters. So why not get best build configuration format practices and just make them run over network? For example ninja build system [1] format is quite good in my opinion, so just make runtime execute commands over network. Or travis-ci [2] is another example of well designed configuration forma…

  11. For distributed build, testing this is the best tool I've used: http://www.incredibuild.com/ . Unfortunately, it is not open source. Does anyone know of a free alternative to incredibuild with a similar feature set?

  15. I am using ci runners by Incredibuild. They don’t enforce any billing. LMAO https://www.incredibuild.com/ci-runners Simply the fastest and for free. I use it for our entire org’s GitHub.

  17. Kudos! Cool idea, I'm on the same path you are, yet you're just one step ahead. For mouse.dev, what are you using for the cloud agent sandbox piece? I haven't moved my agents to the cloud yet (for on the go mobile enablement). Would Islo be a competitor to mouse? https://islo.dev/ https://www.incredibuild.com/blog/why-we-built-islo-ai-codin...
