What Hacker News says?
"Colossal waste"? It's 81 lines of changes to the documentation. BTW, this is from 2014. People wasted far more time talking about how their feelings were upset by the PC nature of the change. It's as if they want the Django project to be a safe space where they don't need to think about how metaphors might affect other people.
