Too few sampled comments (1) to say how often HN recommends it.?

Why HN links it

The only comment links to a 2020 post about a personal developer blog's setup: a Jekyll site with no JavaScript, pushed to a home server and run in Docker behind a Tor proxy. The comment does not evaluate the writing.
