What Hacker News says?
The blog is entirely custom. Several years ago I made my own blogging software just as a fun side-project, and I decided to use that code as the base for The Yummy Life. It sucks missing out on all the great WordPress plugins, but it's really nice having absolute control over the entire experience. I know you technically have control with WordPress, but it's much harder to edit someone else's code than your own (for…

HN discussionI'm pretty happy with https://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/ and have been a customer for several years—they seem to be making a Pinboard-esque "be small and don't die" play, and functionality and support have both been great for $10/month. I'm not affiliated aside from being a happy customer. And there's plenty of room for more CRMs so I wish OP the best of luck with Micro!

HN discussionWe do have an API, but it's very basic right now ( https://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/help/topic/API ). We're more focused on serving traditional small businesses rather than startups, and most small businesses don't even know what an API is. We'll need to build it out soon, but it hasn't been enough of a priority yet. Good luck with Wishery!

on “CRM: An open-source, agentic-first CRM”Rewriting is (almost) always a bad idea. (and you're planning some kind of a rewrite, since the new system will replace the old one) Let's assume that Team A will work on the newer version, while Team B will continue to work on the old version. Team A will start working and implementing stuff. Team B will keep working on the old project and add new features. Team A will need to keep up and add new features that Team…
