What Hacker News says?

  1. There's a lot going on with sandboxes and microVMs at the moment. I tried sbx but it seemed very agent oriented. I'm most excited about Microsandbox[0]. They're working on an SDK-first experience so you can build whatever applications you want on top, agents just being just one possibility. [0]: https://microsandbox.dev/

Right now, not too hard for technical users (esp. with things like https://smolmachines.com/ and https://microsandbox.dev/ ), but not as easy as clicking an app icon or typing `/path/to/binary` in the CLI

Daytona, E2B, OpenComputer, Freestyle, Blaxel, Vercel, Modal, Cloudflare, Tensorlake, Superserve, etc. etc. Some of them work by pre-purchasing credits, so you can control the blast radius of spend. Also, if you want a more embedded sandbox runtime as a library instead of a daemon + REST API, you can check out libkrun (and friendly layers on…
