Mirco Zeiss's personal blog at mircozeiss.com covers programming and web. Since 2013, 4 different Hacker News readers have linked it 4 times, most often “ Building Offline Applications With AngularJS and PouchDB”. The last post was in 2015, but the archive is still widely read.
Too few sampled comments (2) to say how often HN recommends it.?
Why HN links it
HN commenters link one of his posts, titled along the lines of "a radical new approach to developi...", in a thread about Angular and Google's Closure tools. The comments don't say what they think of it.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 2 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.

HN discussionIt's true they are not mutually exclusive. Closure is several related tools that can be used independently: a JS compiler (minifier + type-checker), templates, and very large JS library. Some people use Angular in place of templates. http://www.mircozeiss.com/a-radical-new-approach-to-developi... http://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/angularjs-...
