  3. Thank you, that's very kind of you to say. I have a bit of a history with art projects, in fact. Among other projects, I built and blogged a big interactive biofeedback art piece at Burning Man 2014 called Pulse & Bloom that hit HN a couple years ago: http://www.ofbrooklyn.com/2014/09/6/building-pulse-bloom-bio...

  5. Check it out, 100% open source: https://github.com/samuelclay/turntouch-ios . The Mac app, the firmware, and even the CAD and CAM designs are also there. And I documented everything so you can get a peek into how it was built if you want to change the designs for yourself. http://ofbrooklyn.com/2019/01/3/building-turntouch/ Everything I build I want to last beyond myself. So beyond the source code I also write about…

  9. If you're interested in getting Leopard's old-style exposé back in Snow Leopard, I wrote a blog post explaining how to do it: http://www.ofbrooklyn.com/2011/01/9/old-style-mac-os-x-leopa... Proportional-style windows make so much more sense than the grid-based layout. I'm thrilled that they've reverted back to that for Lion's exposé, using the grid for the new Mission Control view.

  11. This isn't too futuristic, but it's very practical and better than jeans: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2013/08/the-technical-pants-... For something with more tech in it, you could build a northskirt https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UktOOIK_6nU or a light-up dress http://www.ofbrooklyn.com/2014/01/15/adventures-in-wearable-... or add TRON-style EL wire to anything https://www.adafruit.com/blog/2011/10/11/tron-ify-…
