Too few sampled comments (1) to say how often HN recommends it.?
Why HN links it
HN readers link this blog for its introduction to OpenWrap, a .NET package management project. One commenter says it covers far more use cases than NuPack.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 1 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.
This is not a leadership blog, please kindly piss off.
What Hacker News says?
Nupack isn't really a package management system as it stands... it's a very small part of one. If you're interested in this space, you'd do well to check out @serialseb's OpenWrap: http://serialseb.blogspot.com/2010/07/intro-to-what-openwrap... It's still in active development but, from demos I've seen if it, it looks very good. It seems to cover far more use cases than NuPack and has an elegant design.
