Why HN links it
Hacktron AI is a security research blog about vulnerability hunting. HN readers link its SupaPwn post on getting into Lovable's office and helping secure Supabase, and cite the team's track record of finding real vulnerabilities.
Summarised by Claude from a sample of 2 HN comments that link here. Each comment is marked recommending, critical or neutral (citing without judging); how this works.
Continuous red teaming, PR review and white-box pentests from Hacktron: find and verify exploitable vulnerabilities across your organisation, code changes and applications.

What Hacker News says?
Not sure how I can proof this to you but I happen to know that this was not a stunt. This was exactly what the hacktron crew said it was. Maybe the public track record will convince you. They have been consistently finding interesting and impactful vulns. They were all also really capable before Ai was a thing in infosec. Always has been fun to watch. https://www.hacktron.ai/blog
