What Hacker News says?

  1. We are pretty much building this. We want to optimize the workflows so they actually make sense and recommend best best practices. The main thing we want support is individual's and the team's momentum. If the team has momentum, it's feels good and overall the company will make more progress. Features or anything that get in a way of that should be automated or not added at all. https://linear.app

  3. Linear (of linear.app) has a highly polished UI. In fact they had a dedicated period for fixing just usability issues: https://linear.app/changelog/2022-12-01-polishing-season-202... https://web.archive.org/web/20231003205004/https://linear.ap...

  5. It's in the settings, "Import / Export" in the sidebar. We support CSV export or alternatively you can use the GraphQL API. You're right we need add a page in the docs. It was only mentioned in few pages in passing. For now I added a section here until we can make a full page about it: https://linear.app/docs/workspaces#export-workspace-data If you are looking anything else hit cmd+k to search the docs.

  25. We built Linear( https://linear.app ) to be offline first from the beginning. It’s kind of hard to do later. It’s architected in a way that client syncs the data, all the actions happen locally and then delta packets are synced back to the server. This also makes the app really fast because the client doesn’t have to wait for the network to complete the action.
